ONLINE RETURNS
Above all else we want you to be happy with your Items. Need a size exchange or aren't 100% happy with your purchase? Simply return it to us within 14 days in its original state and packaging, with original labels still intact and unworn, for an exchange or refund upon your request. Please bear in mind we do not pay return delivery of unwanted goods. Delivery costs will not be refunded from original purchase.

We advise sending your goods back via tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.

INSTORE RETURNS

For items that have been purchased in store, we offer a 7 day exchange on full price items only. We cannot offer any exchange on sale items. This is printed at the bottom of your reciept instore and does not affect your statuatory rights.

Regrettably, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange jewellery and accessories including sunglasses that have been opened and worn.
